ABOUT THE COMPANY
Simpson Technology was started as a result of gaps in the market and to bring something new and exciting to the market. We are not just a business about selling machines as there are many large corporate companies already out there that do this and are not so personable to deal with we are individuals who are interested in what customers are doing, interacting in a two way relationship to find the best solutions and grow together with our customers.
We work in a way where it is totally unique in the market place to look at the overall application of a company and advice inside and outside of our box of available equipment. So even if there is something not in our portfolio we look and advise of better methods to provide a full service.

Service Coordinator & Admin
Stephen Cassidy
Stephen worked in an Telecare & OOHs repairs for a care line / social housing for almost 8 years, working with vulnerable adults & social housing residents, he started out in the repairs side of the business and worked his way up to Team Leader of the 24hr emergency response centre. In his time there he helped to integrate the repairs side of the business in to the telecare side of the business to help create multi functioning operators to could deal with emergency response calls from their vulnerable residents and also help them with them with their emergency repairs. He did this by creating a tailored training plan from scratch and delivering this out to a team of 60 operators through a course of a month to ensure all our team was well equipped to deal with both sides of the business.
Stephen then found his way in to the lift / engineering side of things by working in Sales & Repairs for a lift company where he worked on sales and repairs both quoting for new parts and items needed for lifts and also the planning for the repairs engineers – this got my foot in the door in the mechanical world where I found a passion for all different types of machines and parts needed to get and keep machines running smoothly.
All this experience along with his customer service qualifications and other roles in customer service that he has done in the past have given him the skills he needs to take up the role as Service Coordinator and Admin here at Simpson Technology Ltd.
