OVERVIEW
The ALUG4020MS laser production line is combined with adjusted laser machine tools and flexible manufacturing system based on a computer management system, making them the perfect match. This production line is based on the system such as CAD/CAM, raw material library, material logistics, automatic load and unload from multiple laser cutting machines and end product pigeonholes.

SIMULTANEOUS HIGH EFFICIENT CUTTING
This system is equipped with a storage tower with multi-pallets, automatic loading and unloading unit feeding 3 laser cutting machines. When one machine in the system failes the system can still perform operations with those machines still available, therefore keeping a significantly high throughput of production.

Han's Laser Cutting FMS series has included ALUG4020MS laser cutting FMS, ALUG4020 laser cutting FMS (without automatic material load/unload system), and ALU System for Single G3015 laser cutter. This series is fully-automatic and designed to remove operator intervention.
